I know when I have a cold and I am standing in a drugstore in front of all the cold remedys, I think, ohhhhhh.... what is my symptom and what will work....... (my symptom probably changes with each label I read.... Usually go home with nothing, you know!!!!! tea, honey and a little shot of ginger brandy will do just fine....... and of course LOTS OF WATER.......

Antibiotics are just a waste of time for a cold....

Actually a cold is just a housecleaning for all MY bad eating habits, lack of exercise, drinking, smoking a little of this and a little of that It is your body telling you that HEY enough guy I am full of mucus, I am clogged and I am going to a little flushing so here it comes....

I've told you enough times I love GREEN 'EAT GREEN'...... cut out some of the red meat, please I don't need all that much sugar........ Oh great MILK.... you know 20 minutes of aerobic exercise a day is all I ask..... walking, that is easy enough, of course make it a brisk walk.... besides it is good for the heart.....
